Washing machine delivered damaged. The review process is taking too long. In the meantime we are not allowed to use the washing machine, so it has blocked up our kitchen space.

I have an almost endless string of emails solely because none of the customer services people ever read the case notes and so the same unhelpful responses based on a complete misunderstanding of the situation keep coming! Ultimately I was presented with a conundrum- they agreed to a return of a fridge freezer but they wouldn’t send out a replacement until the return had been ‘assessed’ - the obvious consequence of that is that I would have to throw away all the contents of the fridge and the freezer. That’s their interpretation of ‘the rules’. My advice, don’t buy anything expensive because you may come to regret it!
