Long Wait Times
I waited a long time to be seen even though I had an appointment. During busy hours, the barbershop was understaffed, which caused delays and an unpleasant experience all around.

Not Satisfied With The Ambiance
I had a mixed experience with craigsbarbershop.co.uk. The haircut was excellent, but it was difficult to relax in the busy, loud setup. It would be ideal if they could create a more tranquil ambience.
