We had a detailed logo that I honestly thought would be difficult to embroider at a small size. Some of the tiniest elements had to be simplified, but the overall design remained recognisable. The finished embroidery looks much cleaner than I expected.

I'm still fairly new to embroidery and wasn't completely sure which file format my machine needed. Having several formats available made things easier once I knew what I was looking for. The file worked properly with our setup and saved me from having to convert it myself.

The first file wasn't quite right for the fabric we were using, so some changes were needed. After explaining the problem, we had the design adjusted and the second version stitched much better. It took an extra step, but the end result was worth it.

I wanted our logo to have a raised look on some caps, so we decided to try 3 D puff embroidery. The digitized file produced a nice raised effect and the main parts of the logo stood out well. It gave the design much more presence than a standard flat stitch.

We've tried digitizing the same logo for caps before and always had problems with the stitch direction. This time the design came out much better when embroidered. The cap looks professional instead of having that messy, overcrowded appearance.

We had our company logo digitized for left-chest embroidery and were worried some of the smaller details would disappear. The final file stitched out much cleaner than our previous version. The lettering especially came out sharp and easy to read.
