Write a ReviewGood solution for a multi-site business
We needed a system that could help us manage maintenance and assets across multiple locations, and Verisae has been useful for that purpose. Being able to track work orders and coordinate different service providers from one place has made our processes more organised.
Useful but could be more user friendly
Verisae gives us access to many of the tools we need for managing assets and maintenance. The functionality is there, but some areas could be easier to navigate. New employees generally need some training before they can use the system confidently.
Helpful for maintenance coordination
Verisae has helped us bring our maintenance operations into a more centralised process. We can create and monitor work orders, keep track of assets and coordinate with external contractors. For a multi-site organisation, having this information accessible from one platform is particularly useful.
Strong range of features
There is a lot to like about the functionality available through Verisae. It covers maintenance, assets, contractors and other operational requirements in one environment. The main challenge for us was getting everyone trained and ensuring that the different teams followed the same processes.
Implementation required more effort than expected
The platform offers a broad range of features, but getting everything configured and adopted by our teams took considerable effort. We experienced some frustration during the transition, particularly around getting users comfortable with the system and integrating it into our existing processes.
A very different company after the acquisition
Verisae changed considerably after being acquired by a larger company in October 2016. Before the acquisition, it felt like an independent organisation with its own culture, leadership and standards. Afterwards, it increasingly felt like a satellite office without the same executive presence or company culture.
Supportive workplace and good benefits
I had a very positive experience working at Verisae. The management team was supportive, and my colleagues were helpful and easy to work with. The compensation and benefits were generous, and I particularly appreciated the company's approach to work-life balance. When I needed flexibility for family commitments, the company was understanding and accommodating.
Useful platform for managing multiple locations
We use Verisae to coordinate maintenance across a number of sites, and having everything in one system has made day-to-day management much easier. Work orders can be tracked centrally, and our teams have better visibility of outstanding jobs and asset information. The platform has become a useful part of our maintenance workflow.
Good functionality but takes time to learn
Verisae provides a wide range of features for asset and maintenance management, and there is a lot that can be done within the platform. However, it took our team some time to become comfortable with the system. Once users understand the workflow, it becomes easier to manage work orders and keep track of maintenance activity.
Difficult experience for our team
We found Verisae more difficult to use than expected. Some processes were not particularly intuitive, and our staff needed additional guidance before they were comfortable using the system. For an organisation managing a large number of locations, we expected the implementation and day-to-day experience to be more straightforward.
Focused company with good opportunities
Verisae was a focused organisation with a well-established structure and clear business objectives. People generally understood the company's direction and what was expected of them. The development environment could be demanding, but the challenging projects were also rewarding and provided opportunities to take on additional responsibility. Overall, I enjoyed my time working there.
A valuable learning experience
My time at Verisae as a Marketing & Design Intern gave me a great opportunity to understand how the skills I had developed could be applied in a real business environment. Even though I was an intern, I felt included and was treated as a genuine member of the team. It was a useful experience for developing both my professional and practical skills.
A capable system with some complexity
Verisae offers plenty of useful functionality, particularly for businesses with multiple locations and large numbers of assets. That said, the platform can feel quite complex when you are first getting started. We have found it useful overall, but training and familiarisation are important for new users.
Not the easiest platform to manage
Our experience with Verisae has been mixed. While the system covers a lot of areas, we found some parts of the platform cumbersome and difficult for our team to navigate. Managing a large number of service requests sometimes felt more complicated than it needed to be.
Some positives but room for improvement
Verisae was an acceptable company to work for, although I felt there were areas that needed improvement. I would have liked to see a stronger focus on technology and clearly defined goals. There were also some internal politics that could make the working environment difficult at times. On the positive side, I worked with several colleagues who were supportive and enjoyable to work with.
Better visibility across our assets
One of the biggest benefits for us has been having asset and maintenance information available in one place. Our team can follow work orders, review equipment history and coordinate service requirements without relying on several separate systems. It has improved visibility across our sites.
