My order is missing due to Royal Mail, but the sender is responsible for making sure I receive my order, and they have refused to do anything about it. Terrible service.

The order took quite a while to arrive, and I had to chase it up. I was also disappointed to discover that the EpiPens only had 12 months of shelf life remaining. I specifically purchased the Jext pens because I know they have a 22-month shelf life from the date of manufacture. These had clearly been manufactured around 10 months earlier. Unlikely to order from here again.

I ordered and paid for two 10 mg Mounjaro pens (around £530) because I was going abroad for longer than one pen would last. Only one was sent, and when I contacted you within five minutes of the delivery, I felt that customer service didn't believe me because I was asked to confirm it by email and provide a photograph of the pen I received. I asked what good the photograph would do because I can't photograph a missing pen. He put me on hold and then came back saying they had realised they had only sent one pen. I also had an experience during a very hot summer when a parcel was delivered late on a day when temperatures were around 30°C. This obviously raised concerns about the contents, and once again dealing with customer service was a farce, as I was told to return the pen before another would be dispatched. The customer was not responsible for either the heat or the late delivery, but I was treated as though I was. This is an extremely suspicious company.

Good overall, but there was a lot of unnecessary faffing around with having to provide too many details about the medication. Please also make it clearer what is included in the Mounjaro pack, as I went in to buy additional items that I didn't actually need. It needs to be clearer about what comes in the box. Thanks.
