After waiting six months for my vehicle, just when it was finally ready, I was informed that I was no longer eligible for the originally proposed PCP deal. Instead, I was told that if I still wanted the car, I would have to switch to a Hire Purchase (HP) option. This was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. What made it worse was that when I booked the car, Motor Source Group clearly confirmed that I was eligible for PCP. After such a long wait, changing the terms felt completely unfair and misleading. Very disappointed with the service from Motor Source Group. Poor communication, lack of transparency, and a complete disregard for customer expectations. Would not recommend.

Ordered a Jaecoo E5 in November 2025 for delivery with the new registration in March 2026. There wasn't much communication, and I had to keep contacting them as March 2026 got closer. In mid-March, I contacted them again and was told they had no information yet. At the beginning of April, I messaged again, only to be told that it hadn't even been built yet. This continued until the end of May, when I had finally had enough and cancelled the order. I was left without a car from mid-March until the end of May. I was not at all happy with the communication.

I ordered an Omoda Noble car on 5th November 2025 with an expected delivery date of 31st December 2025. I didn't expect it on that date because of New Year and most places being closed. I contacted my personal delivery coordinator, Claire Scott, in the third week of January for an update, as she had not contacted me about the delivery. I was told there was a delay and that delivery was expected in mid-February. I thought this was okay and was willing to wait. Mid-February came and went, so I had to contact Claire again for an update. This time I was told that the car was on a ship but couldn't be unloaded at the dock. The new delivery date was the end of March 2026. I was willing to wait as I was going to be out of the country, although my plans later changed because of the war in Iran. I contacted Claire again in mid-March for information and was told delivery would probably be the following Friday. Friday came and went with NO CAR, so I cancelled the order. What a disaster. The salesman Stephen was great, all the details were taken and the deposit was paid without any issues, but the rest of the journey was terrible. The coordinator never once contacted me about the car not arriving; I had to contact her every time for information. I supplied my bank details and received my refund two weeks later. I purchased another car the following day and picked it up four days later. I'm surprised by the 4.9-star rating, as it seems I'm the only customer who was dissatisfied. I find that very suspicious.

Stephen was great, really friendly, and not at all pushy. He explained the whole process clearly and helped me with options for selling my car. If they had offered me a better PX price, I would have given 5 stars.
