Ordered exercise bike from temu but bike arrived with damaged screen and other problems. Wanted to return but temu instead of collecting the bike forces me to collection place and I can't do that because the bike is too heavy. The bike is useless and vert poor quality. Be careful when shopping on Temu not to think you will get free gifts if you spend more. Nothing is free so spend wisely. I was taken in spent and twice as much to qualify for 6 free gifts. Then I was charged for items I did not order. I have had to cancel my credit card and start the process with my bank for a refund. After 3 weeks my order has not been delivered but one of items I didn't order has arrived. In the UK the "Unsolicited Goods and Services Act 1971" does protect consumers but it is best to avoid this scam. Be warned.

Temu is fraud just don’t order never deliver items , Waste of money

Offered me 6 free gifts so I chose 6 gifts then I had to spend at least £16.00 so I chose 12 rolls of kitchen roll then when I paid all but 1 gift disappeared and the one gift that stayed was the shityist gift will not be returning to temu as this is not the first time, now I have read other reviews it seems a lot of people are being treated the same, they are just scamming CUNTS .

I will write a little truth about the Temu website and their service, I will call that service in my words crime. Several times it has been done against me so that I just lose my money. This is how Temu answered me to my problems, the seller told us that he packed the shipment whole and sent it to you, or the delivery company confirmed to us that it delivered your item and sent me a picture that they supposedly received from the delivery company but I don't know the picture or the place where the picture was taken. I lost a lot of money on Temu so I have to ask a lawyer for instructions and help. A lot of crime is done on Temu because the seller is always right or the delivery company because supposedly only they are in charge and we, the customers, are stupid. When I think about it, we are spending our money on poor quality and even worse service from the Temu service that we get when we ask for help.

Total horrible experience i faced with temu for many reasons, first of all they this chinese company does not under stand to what asked said. 2. They have problem with giving full refund back and also they are causing problems. 3. Their management team is worse no fucking information is taken seriously. 4. I have fucking problem contacting via phone as i don't have any information, 5. Your fucking business selling counterfeit items and blocking account after many attempts they don't even unblocking it im fucking going to ban your buiness in yk you cunts.

I returned an item to TEMU and provided full proof of return, including the receipt and reference number. Despite this, they have refused to refund my money. I contacted customer service several times, but only received generic responses with no resolution. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I followed all their return instructions, yet I’m left without the item or my money. I won’t be shopping with TEMU again and would not recommend them to others.

I ordered something and immediately realised they are over charging for postage. So cancelled. In those few moments they had charged. Now its more than a month and many contacts but no refund. STAY AWAY FROM TEMU. It should be banned

Avoid.arrived missing parts staff really unhelpful I cant walk or drive for 6 to 12 weeks and all I get is take to drop off. If sent properly I wouldn't be doing this but everything comes bent broke missing or just crap

I have spent a lot on the Temu site this year, goods are great but the promise of free stuff never arrives, it just a sales gimmick to make you spend more. If I click and pick my free items then try to checkout it says by more to get these free stuff. I won't use Temu again if they can't stick to what they say.

Extremely Disappointed :Paid for Items I Never Received, No Refund Issued I placed an order with Temu and paid in good faith, expecting to receive the products within the promised timeframe. Not only did Temu fail to deliver the items, but they have also refused to refund my money, despite multiple attempts to contact customer service. I reached out for help and was met with lies and more lies. No resolution, no update, no accountability. It honestly feels like they just took my money and ran. This is not just poor service, it’s a breach of basic consumer rights. Avoid Temu unless you are okay with paying for products that may never arrive. I’m now having to pursue my refund through other means. This company is taking the absolute mick out of people.

Yusman F04 charger electric shock hazard. I purchased a Yusman F04 car booster charger from Temu at the end of last year. So far my 6 year old grandson has had an electric shock and I have now had 2. I've contacted Temu and now they can't find the order details or any order numbers etc. I gave Jomar ( the customer service rep) my address etc and I've just had a reply that they are not going to do a thing about it. Can't find my details strangely enough. The charger isn't kite marked and is in my opinion extremely dangerous. I emailed Yusman 3 weeks ago and not heard anything back at all. Temu now have warehouses in the UK to store all their sub standard, dangerous items in. I've been in contact with trading standards and Monday I am sending the unit to them for inspection and to finally put an end to dangerous items being sold in our country.
