Long wait with my order
It was annoying that there was a long wait with my order. Customer support didn't tell me about the delay until I got in touch with them, and there was no adequate justification for the hold-up.

Great Customer Service and Prices
Appliance Superstore fulfilled my order for a new refrigerator, and I'm pleased with my purchase. They had great customer service, which assisted me in selecting the ideal model, and their costs were reasonable. Delivery was smooth too!
Lack of Installation Service
My experience with appliancesuperstore.co.uk was generally positive, but I was disappointed to find out that they don’t offer an installation service for the washing machine I purchased. Having an installation option would have made the process much smoother. Nevertheless, the product itself is great and the delivery was on time.

Little Suggestion!
The master's series range cooker from Appliance Superstore is efficient and reliable. It is easy to operate as well. However; I would’ve loved it if it came with skewers for BBQ purposes.
