My order was shipped out much later than expected, and I never got frequent updates on its progress. As I waited for my purchases, this lack of contact was inconvenient and frustrating.

Slow Shipping Time
I had a mixed experience when I shopped at holisticshop.co.uk. However the shipping took more time than I had expected, I was as yet amazed by the range and quality of their offerings, particularly the herbal teas and incense sticks. Faster delivery would make a big difference.

Room For Improvement!
I got vanilla coconut oil from Holistic Shop and it was all solidified. I had to melt it every time before using it. I understand it’s due to temperature change but there’s room for improvement!
